Description
Laminated glass that unites safety and technology guaranteed by laminated glass with design and beauty. It is composed of two or more glass panes with a thin sheet of marble or stone in between. Marble (with the exception of alabaster), onyx and stone may be used, with a thickness that varies from 4-6mm. The unique combination creates a play on lights and transparencies. The laminated glass pane also adds mechanical resistance to the thin sheet of stone.
Applications
Used to enhance interiors and also for applications that require safety characteristics guaranteed by laminated glass with a prestious touch. Color and transparency, teamed with natural or artificial illumination, can create inventive, decorative accents. Also used for tables, glass panels, partitions with lighting, wall covering and flooring.
The main potential is for building façades to obtain particular chromatic effects.
